Creating a Project

A project represents a digital service, API, or application you want to evaluate. Each project can have multiple evaluations of different types.

Project Fields

  • Name: A short, descriptive name for your project
  • Description: Details about what the project does
  • Evaluation Type: The methodology to use for assessment

Evaluation Types

API Green Score

Evaluates API design and implementation against eco-design best practices.

Sections: Architecture, Design, Usage, Logs
Scoring: Higher score = Better eco-design (0-100)

EROOM (EOF v1.1)

Measures optimization potential across 6 categories plus a quick diagnosis.

Categories: Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Storage & Data, Algo & Code, Ease of Change
Scoring: Lower score = More mature service (0-100%)

Understanding Scores

API Green Score Rankings

For simplicity, the score is normalized to a percentage of the maximum achievable score. An A corresponds to the maximum score (100%).

EROOM Score Interpretation

0-25% Very mature service, few optimizations needed
25-50% Some improvement opportunities identified
50-75% Significant optimization potential
75-100% High optimization potential - priority actions needed
